At Glomna, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure every order meets your expectations, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

🔁 Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, only in the case of:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Wrong item received

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used skincare, beauty, or personal items
  • Undergarments or worn fashion accessories
  • Opened electronic gadgets

📦 Return Process

To request a return or exchange, contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the item. The product must be in original condition and packaging.

💰 Refund Method

Refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer (based on your payment method). Processing may take 5–7 working days after the item is received and inspected.

🚫 Refused Cash on Delivery Orders

Refusing a confirmed COD order may result in your account being restricted from placing future orders.
